The Association of Municipalities Ontario’s Local Authority Services ("LAS") is posting the solicitation on behalf of LAS and its current and potential members, which includes 444 municipal governments and their agencies, boards and commissions, and may include other broader public sector organizations located in the Province of Ontario. The Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada on behalf of itself and its partner organizations, to result in regional and/or national contract solutions under the rules and regulations of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") for this procurement. Eligible vendors will be adopted into the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, administered in each Province by their respective municipal association. Canoe is currently offered in the following Provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories. IMPORTANT: Multiple proponents may be selected. If your submission is limited to certain jurisdictions and/or provinces, please indicate this in your bid.
This RFP also includes thousands of other Canoe/Sourcewell members including governmental, higher education, K-12 education, not-for-profit, tribal government, and other public sector agencies located across Canada.
Canoe Procurement Group/LAS is requesting proposals for SUPPLY OF LUBRICANTS (RFP #CAN-2024-006) to result in a national contracting solution for use by its Members and partners.

Proposals are due no later than April 19, 2024 at 3:00:00 p.m. Mountain Time (5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time), and late proposals will not be considered. To be considered in the RFP process, a Proponent’s Proposal must be received by the Proposal Submission Deadline.
Proponents are responsible for checking with Canoe’s Procurement Portal for any addenda to this RFP. Addenda to this RFP can change the terms and conditions of the RFP, including the Proposal Submission Deadline.
