    Description:
    The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of HBA & MBA Leadership Under Fire Course Facilitator for Ivey Business School (Ivey) Programs

    The Leadership Under Fire Course is designed collaboratively using military-based training strategies focused on leadership, character, communication, decisiveness, teamwork and adaptability based on the following:

    Leadership Training
    Ivey’s HBA and MBA programs are the target group for this experiential leadership training that is intended to stretch students mentally, physically and emotionally.
    There are typically 40 students per session.
    Sessions are conducted over five days, on multiple dates annually:
    • MBA, December
    • HBA (Section 1), April
    • HBA (Section 2), August

    This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    This procurement is covered by Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA).

    Delivery Date:
    Service to commence a tentative date of June, 2024.

    Duration of Agreement:
    The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option in favour of Western to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to tw0 (2) additional five (5) year terms.

    At the end of the evaluation process, Western may identify one or more Suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.  See tender document(s) for further detail.
