Description:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Executive (EMBA) and Accelerated MBA (AMBA) Career Coaching.
This RFP is being issued on behalf of the EMBA and AMBA Program at the Ivey Business School (Ivey) at Western. More information about Ivey, program specifics and enrollment numbers can be found at: https://www.ivey.uwo.ca/.
One of the key services that both programs offer is career management services which includes individual coaching sessions with qualified career coaches.
As the demand for career coaching has increased, as well as, the cost of providing these services, the program administrators are seeking to provide a comprehensive suite of services available to the participants in both programs. In addition, Ivey administration seeks to better monitor the utilization of the various services and to collect participant satisfaction feedback. EMBA and AMBA participants will select their individual career coach.
Successful Proponent(s) will not have guaranteed coaching participants or coaching hours. Individual coaching sessions typically take place during term 2, term 3 and up to a year after graduation.
Successful Proponent(s) must also be able to provide individual coaching as follows:
a. Maximum 15 EMBA participants at any one time per Proponent;
b. Maximum 10 AMBA participants at any one time per Proponent;
c. Maximum number of sessions per EMBA participant is 5;
d. Maximum number of sessions per AMBA participant is 4, and;
e. These coaching sessions can take place virtually or at the Proponent’s office;
f. Sessions are generally 1 hour, but coaches and students can create a schedule and cadence that works for them to the maximum hours allocated.
