    Description
    The purpose of this RFP is to select an implementation partner that, in addition to providing services, will work with and support ROM and ROM Foundation (each of which is a separate legal entity) in achieving our vision of transforming ROM into a 21st-century museum (D365 BC cloud version).

    The scope of work includes providing following D365 BC modules, processes, and licenses:
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts receivables
    • Accounts payables
    • Budget management
    • Fixed assets
    • Bank
    • Fund accounting
    • Project accounting
    • Procurement and sourcing
    • Planning and forecasting
    • Cash and treasury
    • Inventory
    • Foreign exchange
    • Inter-company
    • Financial reporting
    Licenses
    Concurrent D365 BC users required
    ROM concurrent users for purchase requisition, invoicing, reconciliation and approvals (workflows)
