This would also include the annual storage, delivery to the OUF and to the McMaster location on the show floor, as well as set-up and take down of the display. This proposal will be for the 2024 event (October 4 and 5, 2024), the 2025 event (Tentative date: September 26-28) and up to 2 additional years (as long as the show continues). The Ontario Universities’ Fair (OUF) is an annual event hosted by all Ontario Universities for prospective high school students, their parents, teachers and guidance counselors.  This event attracts approximately 85,000 visitors spanning a two-day event held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. McMaster University shall own the booth upon award and payment, excluding storage.
