    Description
    The University of Ottawa (“University”) has issued this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced Manufacturers (“Proponents”) that can propose solutions to the University of Ottawa’s Key Management needs.

    Project Objectives:
    1. Modernize Key management system to support greater operational flexibility without compromising security.
    2. Automate key transactions while preventing unauthorized access and loss of keys.
    3. Track key access by time and users to increase visibility and knowledge around key use and infractions.
    4. Provide an integrated system that can function within the requirements/constraints of uOttawa IT services.
    5. Ensure system installed satisfies the current needs and has capabilities to be scaled to satisfy future requirements.
