Description
This Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications to Establish a Standing Arrangement (“RFSA”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents for submissions indicating their organization’s capability, experience, and resources to provide general contracting services to the University.
The Standing Arrangement shall be comprised of the following two (2) Categories, that will be further described in Appendix B:
  • Category 1: General Contractor Services, Projects under $500K; and
  • Category 2: General Contractor Services, Projects between $500K and $5million.
Proponents may submit Proposals to one (1) Category or two (2) Categories. The University will award each Category independently. Proponents are responsible for ensuring that they have submitted to the correct Category. However, the University reserves the right to clarify the Category or Categories with Proponents if the University believes the wrong Category was selected by the Proponent.
The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement provided in Appendix E with all Successful Proponents. In addition, the University intends to execute project specific CCDC agreements as amended by applicable Supplementary Conditions with the Successful Proponent(s) of the second stage procurement.
