Defence Construction Canada – Request for Proposals (RFP) for Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) Services of HVAC and Plumbing Equipment for Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) Residential Housing Units at 17 Wing Winnipeg.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from firms to establish a Service Contract to provide regular inspection, cleaning and servicing of HVAC and plumbing equipment for Residential Housing Units (RHUs) at 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The ITM service contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional two (2) year periods. Refer to the RFP document for additional information.
There is no site visit planned.
The total estimated value of this opportunity (including Prime Cost Allowances for Work Requests) is in the order of $2,109,000 for the initial period of service and the two additional option periods.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
