The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation is issuing this Request for Services (“RFS”) to Pre-Qualified Suppliers (PQS) for the Geotechnical and Detailed Design of three projects along PR 204: South of PTH 101 (PTH 101 Site), 3.9km North of PTH 101 (East St. Paul Site), and PR 509 to 0.9km North of PR 509 (East Selkirk Site), the “Project”.The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation is issuing this Request for Services (“RFS”) to Pre-Qualified Suppliers (PQS) for the Geotechnical and Detailed Design of three projects along PR 204: South of PTH 101 (PTH 101 Site), 3.9km North of PTH 101 (East St. Paul Site), and PR 509 to 0.9km North of PR 509 (East Selkirk Site), the “Project”.
