This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Biological Testing Services, as further described Part 4 - Biological Testing Technical Specifications.
