#305-301-024 Supply of Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Products.
Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from Suppliers for the S\Supply of Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Products.
The Supplier shall be responsible for suppling MAI with Supply of Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Products listed in Appendix H – Pricing Form (the “Deliverables”).
The Supplier shall ensure that all the Deliverables are supplied and delivered to MAI’s warehouse located at 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, NS.
Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, November 21, 2024.
All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.
Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.

(« MAI ») lance un appel d'offres aux fournisseurs pour la fourniture d'équipements de protection individuelle et de produits de sécurité. Le fournisseur sera responsable de fournir à MAI la fourniture des équipements de protection individuelle et des produits de sécurité répertoriés à l'annexe H – Formulaire de tarification (les « livrables »). Le fournisseur doit s’assurer que tous les produits livrables sont fournis et livrés à l’entrepôt de MAI situé au 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, Nouvelle-Écosse. Marine Atlantique se réserve le droit d'accepter les devis en totalité ou en partie. Le devis le plus bas ou tout autre devis ne sera pas nécessairement accepté. La clôture de réception des offres sera fixée à 14 h 00, heure de l'Atlantique, le 21 novembre 2024. Tous les documents liés au marché mentionné ci-dessus seront disponibles uniquement sur le site Web de soumission électronique des offres de Merx. Les propositions doivent être soumises par voie électronique en utilisant MERX EBS. Ce sera la seule méthode de réponse acceptée pour examen.
