Government of Manitoba (Manitoba), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services (CPGS), requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting requirements contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of a Digital Preservation System (DPS) Solution and associated Implementation and application management services for Software as a Service (SaaS).

With the adoption of this new Solution, Manitoba is expecting the following business outcomes:
  • Efficiently preserving and managing digital archival records
  • Improved quality and reliability of digital archival records
  • Reduction of risks associated with digital archival records
  • Improved accessibility of information
  • Secured and controlled access to digital archival records Improved capability for program planning, analysis, and forecasting
