- Shearwater Court is a 74-townhouse community that was constructed in 1982 in the south end of Ottawa near Uplands Drive.
- Within Shearwater Court, a block of nine townhomes located at 1 Finch Private including unit numbers 82, 80, 78, 76, 74, 72, 70, 68 and 66 (Shearwater) will be demolished and replaced with a new six-story building with 45 one, two, and three-bedroom residential units.
- Ottawa Community Housing (the Owner or OCH) has engaged CSV Architects as the Architect and Prime Consultant (the Consultant) for this project.
- To deliver the construction, OCH requires the services of a qualified General Contractor (the Contractor).
- This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by invitation only to the Prequalified Respondents (Stream 2)
