    DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
    1. Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to undertake independent evaluation services. The Contractor will update EM’s Evaluation Framework which will be used as the starting point for the Contractor’s work in planning, scheduling, and performing an independent evaluation of EM’s portfolio of programs and initiatives for the period of 2025/26 to 2028/29. In addition, the Contractor will be required to undertake the evaluation of select (approximately seven) programs for the 2024/25 period.
