This construction involves rehabilitating the existing pavement along Highway 401 and interchange ramps with Grading, Hot Mix Paving, Granular Base, Structural, and Electrical. NOTE: Specialty plans will
be required for Environmental inspection during construction.). The project scope includes the following notable operations:
•Resurfacing, including crossfall correction of Highway 401 EBL & WBL from 0.9 km east of Wellington County Road 35 to 3.4km East of Watson Road South
•Resurfacing multiple ramps.
•Multiple Speed change lane extension.
•Remove excessive silt in multiple culverts.
•Upgrade all existing luminaires at an Interchange to LED.
•Replace all existing small signs within the project limits.
