Please be advised that, in accordance with Canada Post Corporation’s rights under Section 13 Other Rules clause (g)(iv) “Proposers have read and understood that Canada Post, without liability, cost or penalty may cancel, amend, supplement this RFP at any time”, Canada Post will be amending RFP Doc1070885009 Coffee and Water Products and Services to add additional pricing elements in the Coffee category.  

The RFP, in its entirety, will be reposted on Ariba to incorporate this amendment. All Proposals that were previously submitted under RFP Doc1070885009 for both Categories have been deleted without being opened and it will require suppliers to resubmit their Proposals according to the new Closing Data and Time under RFP Doc1485501054. 
Category 1 – Water Products and Services 
•    Goods: For the supply of water products such as bottled water, 18L water, and cone cups to various Canada Post and Purolator locations.
•    Services: For the delivery of water services such as cooler cleaning, cooler rentals/installation, and filtration across various Canada Post and Purolator locations.

Category 2 – Coffee Products and Services 
•    Goods: For the supply of coffee products such as coffee machines, coffee / coffee pods, teas, stir sticks, milk products, sugar products etc. to various Canada Post and Purolator locations 
•    Services: For the supply of coffee services such as installation of coffee machines.
