    Description
    On behalf of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (“the Province”), the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Procurement Agency (“the Owner”) is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to gather market information and recommendations to inform the Province’s approach to Cellular Mobility Services (#Mobility Services”) for any future procurements that may be considered. The Owner is seeking information from suppliers who are interested in participating in possible future procurement for this service. 

    The Owner wants to better understand what resources and technology exist today that could be utilized to better serve its clients while maintaining fiscal accountability. The Owner would like to engage with service suppliers to better understand how the Enterprise Mobility Services has changed since the Province entered its original and current contract. Prospective suppliers are encouraged to submit information on services they believe could be utilized to enhance mobility services by the Province and other participating entities.
