Description
FINDEV CANADA, a development finance institution and wholly owned subsidiary of Export Development Canada (EDC), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a modern, cloud-based, robust foundational Software as a Service (SaaS) Transaction Management System (TMS) from a strong, reliable technology provider.
The selected TMS will serve as a foundational platform to support FINDEV CANADA’s mission of delivering measurable development impact in emerging markets, while ensuring transparency, accountability, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified vendor capable of delivering a comprehensive, scalable, and secure solution that will support FINDEV CANADA’s end-to-end transaction lifecycle, from origination and approval through monitoring, reporting, and impact assessment.
