Description
Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for the Just In Time (JIT) Supply and Delivery of Housekeeping Consumables. The successful Proponent will provide reliable, scheduled replenishment of housekeeping consumable products to designated hospital areas under a Just In Time delivery model, maintaining a local warehouse and inventory base within Thunder Bay, Ontario.

A mandatory site visit will be held at TBRHSC, 980 Oliver Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario on November 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST.
All Proponents intending to participate must confirm their attendance in advance by contacting the TBRHSC representative listed in the RFP document.
