    Description of Procurement
    This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing professional services for generator testing and maintenance, campus wide, at Toronto Metropolitan University, as further described in Appendix B – Deliverables. 
    The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement, as provided in Appendix E of the RFP.

    The Minimum Passing Score is 49 Points out of 70 for Stage 2.

    Contract Details
     The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years, plus two optional renewal periods of one (1) year each, in the discretion of the University
    The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
