    This Request for Proposals is an invitation by York University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for P26-043 Progressive Design Builder for the Interim School of Medicine. York intends to execute a Progressive Design Build Stipulated Price Contract (CCDC 14- 2013, as amended by York’s Supplementary Conditions) with the successful proponent for the design and construction of the Interim School of Medicine.

    York will only consider Bid submissions received from Bidders who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Bid submissions from Bidders who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
