Description of Procurement
The primary objective of this Request for Proposals is to retain a mechanical contractor to upgrade the main central Air Handling Units (AHU) at the following buildings:
● Victoria Building (VIC) located at 285 Victoria Street, Toronto; and
The work will include, but not be limited to, the following:
● Refurbishment of existing AHUs in the 4th Floor Mechanical Room, installation of new equipment and replacement of other components as per drawings and specifications.
The University intends to execute CCDC2-2020 Stipulated Sum agreement as amended by the Supplementary Conditions provided in Appendix E.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is approximately twenty- four (24) months or the completion of the project, whichever is longer, followed by the warranty period.
The substantial completion of the project is expected to be on or before September 2028.
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
