Application Management Services

This RFP is pursuant to RFSQ 2025-006 and aims to select one SAP Application Management Service provider. The scope of future work may also include services related to Microsoft Power Platform, depending on evolving business needs.

As described in Appendix G, the Bank is looking for:
 

1. Fixed monthly price that will include:

1. Engagement Management;
2. Functional Sustainment;
3. SAP Technical Sustainement;
4. SAP Security Role and SAP Identity Management;
5. Audit Support;
6. Other SAP Services and responsibilities

Based on its current operating model and requirements, the Bank expects that approximately 12,700 hours are required to provide the services at the current levels (Approximately 6.9 FTE at 1850 hours per year) .
 

2. Time and Material Discretionary Services that will include:

1. Minor Enhancements 
2. Projects 
3. Custom Code Assessment and Remediation 

Based on historical spend and current budget assumptions the estimated Enhancement hours are currently evaluated at 2500 Enhancement hours per year and 10,000 Project hours per year. These             numbers are provided as an estimate only and may fluctuate annually.

In the future, the Bank may request the Service Provider to provide Microsoft services on an Enhancement or Project Basis.
