Description
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide maintenance services for chillers, cooling towers and additional as and when requested services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for provincial buildings in Dauphin and Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
1) Inspection, 2) Testing, 3) Maintenance, 4) Equipment conditions report and 5) As-and-when requested work.

The Agreement shall be for an initial term of three (3) years commencing upon Contract Award and expiring February 28, 2029.
Manitoba is also seeking an option to extend the initial term of the Agreement, at Manitoba’s discretion, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Should Manitoba exercise this option to extend, this will be formalized in accordance with section E1.2.
