Description
The scope of this contract consists of all work to provide all labour, materials, engineered access systems, and equipment necessary to perform structural concrete repairs to soffits, waffle slabs, and retaining walls, as well as complete demolition and removal of the existing overhead concrete canopy at Vanier College. Work includes surface preparation, concrete chipping, rebar cleaning, installation of bonding agents and repair mortars, field verification of all repair locations, engineered scaffolding, temporary removal and reinstatement of hardscape elements, safe disconnection of utilities, site protection, fencing, and full legal disposal of demolished materials meeting all Municipal By-Laws and tender document specifications.
