    Description:
    Objectives
    York is seeking a Proponent with substantial experience and resources to provide a variety of digital marketing services to OsgoodePD. Specifically, the Selected Proponent will demonstrate superior experience and capability in creating new as well as managing existing paid media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta for the purposes of lead generation and conversions. The Selected Proponent should be capable of running high performing, cost-effective campaigns that result in increased awareness, new lead generation, registration and/or conversion targets being met.
    Deliverables
    Keeping in mind the specific deliverables outlined below, Proponents shall describe the process for providing digital marketing services to a complex organization and mobilizing the institution to achieve success. This could include assessing the organization’s processes and the Proponent’s capacity to make recommendations that maximizes results. Provide relevant and concise examples of previous digital marketing strategy experience, success when serving in this capacity and the value added to client organizations. Provide examples of how ongoing services benefitted the organization and maximized outcomes. Provide a detailed outline of your pricing structure for ad buying, including whether fees are fixed or variable related to these deliverables.

    Duration of Agreement:
    The initial term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months, with up to four (4) optional twelve (12) month extensions; for a potential Term of eighty-four (84) months.

    Negotiation:
    York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
