Description
BDC requires specialized valuation support services to support the financial reporting activities of its Growth & Transition Capital (“GTC”) division. These services are required to support fair value measurement of investment portfolios for quarterly and annual financial reporting purposes, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The mandate consists primarily of providing valuation support services related to mark‑to‑market assessments of GTC investments, using BDC’s internal valuation procedures, templates, and methodologies. The services are recurring in nature and are required on a bi‑annual basis.
