Mandatory Criteria:
Manitoba Hydro will review submitted Proposals for compliance with the following mandatory criteria:
a) Qualified Supplier with an effective Framework Agreement for Natural Gas Steel Transmission And High Pressure Pipelines Framework Agreement.
Proposals that do not comply with all of the mandatory criteria as of the Proposal Close will, subject to the express and implied rights of Manitoba Hydro, be disqualified and not evaluated further.
