Description
Manitoba requires a qualified Service Provider to provide repair and maintenance services for a fleet of up to 10 trailered wash and reclamation units and up to 6 Hotsy pressure washers.
Manitoba will be responsible for delivering the unit(s) to the Service Provider when scheduled maintenance or unscheduled repairs are required.
The Service Provider must maintain an electronic log for each unit. This log must include a description of any maintenance/repairs that were conducted including the date, the number of
hours it took to conduct the maintenance/repairs, the cost of parts, number of operating hours on the unit at the time the work was done, and the name of the technician that performed the work.
The Service Provider must be able to execute maintenance and repairs at a maximum turnaround time of 1 day (per unit) for annual maintenance and 5 days (per unit) for unscheduled repairs.
All maintenance and repairs must be carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The appropriate service manuals will be provided to the Successful Bidder.
The Service Provider must possess sufficient indoor space to house all decontamination trailers when they are in for servicing.
The dimensions of a single unit are approximately 174”L x 75”W x 75”H. The weight of single unit without water in the tanks is approximately 2,900 lbs.
