York’s Department of Housing & Conference Services, Ancillary Services is inviting qualified Proponents for the supply and delivery of appliances for residence and commercial buildings at York’s Keele Campus, located at 4700 Keele Street, Toronto, ON, M3J 1P3 and York’s Glendon Campus, located at 2275 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, ON, M4N 3M6.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall begin from the date of award for twelve (12) months, with four (4) optional twelve (12) month extensions.

York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
