The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation is issuing this Request for Services (“RFS”) to Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Civil Engineering – MTI Roads Focused for Contract Administration and Construction Inspection for:  Grading – Wasagamack Airport: Phase 1 – Wasagamack Connecting Road and Bridge Construction and Kamatakitchiwak Creek, the “Project”.
