    Description:
    The University of Toronto’s FitzGerald Building is located adjacent to Queen’s Park in downtown Toronto. Located at 150 College Street, the building is surrounded by other University of Toronto facilities, commercial office buildings, and a variety of local cafés and restaurants. The site is well served by public transit, with convenient access to TTC bus routes and the subway system. The project scope involves reconfiguring the existing space to accommodate the operational needs of the new tenant, the University of Toronto’s Accessibility Department. The renovation will comprise the areas shown on the drawings, extending from the first floor to the second floor of the FitzGerald Building. The University is seeking submissions from qualified firms interested in providing professional services in relation to commissioning for the Accessibility Services Renovation at FitzGerald located at 150 College Street. The scope of this project is to provide backup heaters in the labs to provide backup heating during power outages and heating water outages. They will also act as a supplementary heating source during times when the primary heating system is unavailable due to maintenance or does not have enough capacity to maintain the required space temperature setpoints. The University is seeking submissions from qualified firms interested in providing professional services in relation to commissioning for the P072-25-074 Ramsay Wright AQ1 Backup Heat located at 25 Harbord St, Toronto, ON M5S 3G5.
