Description of Procurement
This Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing dark fiber for the new lease location at 2 Queen Street for the University.
The University intends to implement a Project Specific Agreement.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is a 20 year lease.
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
