INTERIOR ALTERATIONS PROJECT TO RENOVATE EXISTING UNIVERSITY RESEARCH LAB TO NEW DIGITAL MANUFACTURING LAB WITH NEW FINISHES AND EQUIPMENT. NEW ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES, I.E.: POLISHED CONCRETE FLOOR, WALLS, STRUCTURAL COLUMNS, WINDOW FRAME, DOOR AND DOOR FRAME PAINT.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING EXTERIOR WALL ASSEMBLY AND FIRE-SEPARATIONS TO SUIT NEW MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES ARE REQUIRED. MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING FLOOR SLAB TO SUIT NEW MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES FOR NEW EQUIPMENT. MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING HVAC AND PLUMBING IS REQUIRED.
