Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Roofing Contractor for the complete removal and replacement of an existing slightly sloped gableflat roof assembly.The work includes demolition, structural assessment, replacement of damaged components, installation of new insulation and membrane, and restoration of all associated flashings and penetrations. This bid opportunity is invitational to roofing contractors pre-qualified under the Renovations and Fit-Outs contract MSA 29056.
