    Description
    Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a vendor of record list for any post-secondary education institution or publicly funded school board for projects over $500K in construction value (excl. HST).
    Contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 – 2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope.
    Bidders shall provide a WSIB, Workplace Injury Summary Report, certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and health and safety program details will be requested.

    This project involves all labor, material, and everything else necessary to complete replacement and repair of existing deteriorated pathways at the Columbia Lake Villages (CLV) South residences of the University of Waterloo as captured in the tender documents.
