Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Centennial College (“the College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Media Planning and Buying as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

It is the College’s intent seek and retain a qualified media planning and buying agency to work collaboratively with the College’s Marketing and Creative Services team in planning, developing, and executing integrated advertising programs that leverage paid, earned, and owned channels to support the College’s strategic enrolment objectives
