Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from suppliers for Data Center Hosting Services.
Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) is seeking a professional and highly qualified business partner to provide Data Center Hosting services. The supplier will have significant experience in providing data center services. The Supplier shall offer flexible solutions for managed IT services including Virtualization, where the Supplier will provide and manage all necessary virtualized infrastructure along with additional services and requirements as stated in the Deliverables.
Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept proposals in whole or in part. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, June 9, 2026.
All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.
Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.
Proposals must be received by the closing date and time. Late proposals will not be considered.

Marine Atlantique S.C.C. (« MA ») recherche un partenaire commercial professionnel et hautement qualifié pour fournir des services d’hébergement de centres de données. Le fournisseur devra avoir une expérience appréciable dans la fourniture de services de centres de données. Le fournisseur doit offrir des solutions flexibles de services informatiques gérés, notamment la virtualisation pour fournir et gérer toute l’infrastructure virtualisée nécessaire ainsi que les services et les autres éléments exigés qui sont énoncés dans les produits livrables.
Marine Atlantique se réserve le droit d’accepter des offres en tout ou en partie. L’offre la plus basse ou toute autre offre ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée.
La date limite de réception des devis est fixée au 9 juin 2026 à 14 h (heure de l’Atlantique).
