Description:
This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by York University (“York”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements.
York is seeking information on modern, scalable Mass Notification Systems capable of delivering timely, accurate, and targeted communications across three (3) campuses (https://map.concept3d.com/?id=1200#!s/). The system should be simple and intuitive to operate, particularly during high-stress or time-sensitive incidents. This RFI is intended to inform future procurement planning and may support a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP).
Given the size and complexity of the University community, York is seeking to understand how mass notification solutions manage dynamic recipient populations through automation and self-service capabilities.
