The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide construction services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the replacement of an existing 60 ton condensing unit and its corresponding evaporator coils that serve three separate parts of the Manitoba Youth Centre, 170 Doncaster Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
