    Description
    This RFSQ is intended to identify firms with demonstrated experience and capability to provide Plumbing Services, for the purpose of establishing a pre-qualified vendor list. Qualified proponents may be invited, at the University’s discretion, to participate in future Request for Quotation (RFQ) opportunities for specific projects or service requirements. Inclusion on the pre-qualified list does not guarantee any volume of work or contractual commitment. The five (5) highest-scoring proponents will be selected, provided that each achieves a minimum score of 70% of the available points. The term of this supplier qualification is for three years from date of award, with an option to be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of McMaster University. All Proponents must have obtained the RFSQ from www.Merx.com (MERX®).   Failure to have obtained the RFSQ from MERX®. will result in disqualification.
