Supply and Delivery of Two-Way, Short-Range Radios and Accessories

This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Supply and Delivery of Two-Way, Short–Range Radios and Accessories on an as and when required basis.

The Government of Manitoba has specific requirements for models due to existing stock of radios and accessories.  Only the specific radios and accessories included in the mandatory specifications will be considered as part of this solicitation; however, Manitoba has also listed accessories that equivalent options may be considered. 

In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian Vendors who have submitted compliant Submissions meeting all Manitoba requirements of the Solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this Solicitation at its sole discretion.
