CLASS D HUMAN EXTERNAL CARGO HELICOPTER SERVICES FOR MANITOBA HYDRO 043748
An ‘ACAN’ is a public notice indicating to the vendor community that Manitoba Hydro intends to award a contract for the goods and/or services to a pre-identified vendor, thereby allowing other vendors to signal their interest and capability to supply the goods and/or services by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no vendor submits a statement of capabilities that meet the requirements set out in this ACAN, at or before the Closing Date, Manitoba Hydro may proceed with the award to the pre-identified vendor.
