Description
The scope of Services required under this Contract shall consist of independent assessment and certifier services for the Biosolids Project including but not limited to:
(a) routine Independent Certifier Services for the duration of the Project;
(b) Independent Certifier Services related to proceedings;
(c) Independent Certifier Services related to all other matters; and
(d) return trips to Winnipeg related to proceedings and other matters.
