The Provision of Service for High-Pressure Breathing Air Compressors.

This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Municipal and Northern Relations, to invite qualified Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of service, repair, maintenance, and manufacturer‑approved replacement parts for High‑pressure Breathing Air Compressors, as further detailed in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverable.

The Department of Municipal and Northern Relations operates approximately forty‑three (43) high‑pressure breathing air compressors that are essential to life‑safety operations, emergency response readiness, and compliance with breathing air quality standards. These systems must remain fully operational, reliable, and capable of delivering clean, high‑pressure air at all times. To support this requirement, Manitoba seeks a structured and comprehensive service program that ensures timely preventive maintenance, rapid repair response, and the consistent use of certified manufacturer replacement parts.
