Provision of Seniority Calculation and Long-Term Disability Reporting Solutions

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Manitoba Innovation and New Technology (“Manitoba”), is seeking to engage a qualified service provider with the capability, professional services, and proven expertise to plan, provide, configure, implement, maintain, and support the Seniority Calculation and Reporting Solution and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) Claims Administration and Reporting Solution that best meet the business, technical, security, project delivery, and operational requirements described in this Request for Proposals and Part 5 of the RFP.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit submissions from qualified Vendors to provide:
i. a Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) Seniority Calculation and Reporting Solution,
ii. a Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) Long‑Term Disability (LTD) Claims Administration and Reporting Solution,
iii. project delivery services to support the implementation of one or both Solutions, and
iv. post‑implementation maintenance and support services for the Solution(s).
