Description
The Rural Municipality of St. Clements is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to complete a Water and Wastewater Rate Study. The study will examine, analyze, and recommend changes to the RM’s water and wastewater rate and revenue structure, with particular focus on amalgamating the Lockport Wastewater Utility with the East Selkirk systems. The work will also include a review of growth-related water and wastewater development charges and recommendations for changes to the development charge structure.
