Description
The Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Innovation and New Technology requests Proposals from qualified Proponents to deliver implementation and configuration services for a Project Online Replacement (POR) solution that will establish an integrated Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (PPM) capability as further described in Part 5 of this RFP.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit from qualified Proponents to provide (i) a Software-as-a Service (“SaaS”) Project Online Replacement solution, (ii) project delivery services for the implementation of the POR Solution, and (iii) post implementation maintenance and support services for the POR Solution
Manitoba is looking to engage a Proponent that has the capability, professional services, and proven expertise to deliver a Project Online Replacement (POR) Solution following below project work scope:
  1. Initial configuration:
  • Provide licenses for the SaaS solution
  • Perform initial configuration of the cloud-based system.
  1. Implementation services:
  • Set up and configure the required environments and provide all forms of functional and non-functional training to users.
  • Accept, cleanse, map and migrate all existing data on the present application and Consumer Protection & Government Servies (CPTS) legacy into the new application.
  • Integrate with SAP, SAP S4 Hana, and any relevant business applications. Automated workflows for financial management, facility licensing, workforce tracking, and diversity support.
  • Provide technical design and all other related technical artifacts
  1. Training and documentation for end users and system administrators.
  2. Support services:
  • Technical support services to address issues raised by the system administrator (s). Issues may be product and technology related or simple user inquires requiring additional Proponent support.
  • Provide post solution delivery Application Management Services (AMS) support and.
  1. Enhanced business reporting capabilities.
  • Deliver advanced business reporting capabilities.
  • Provide AI‑enabled features to support scenario analysis.
