    CALL-OUT FOR SUPPLY OF AGGREGATE - Throughout Manitoba, follow-on Qualification Process

    QUALIFIACTION PROCESS
    Manitoba Hydro is inviting any interested supplier(s) to apply for inclusion in the Call-Out for Supply of Aggregate – Throughout Manitoba, in respect to the following requirements and will remain open in MERX until the final expiry of the agreement, May 31, 2028.
    BACKGROUND
    Manitoba Hydro requires aggregate materials delivered to various sites and is therefore seeking suppliers to provide a wide variety of aggregate material products (including top-soil) throughout the Province of Manitoba.
    OBJECTIVES OF THIS PROCUREMENT
    Hydro requires aggregate materials for various purposes and intends to enter into standing arrangements with multiple qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of aggregate as, when and where required by Hydro.
    CALL OUT PROCEDURE
    Hydro has standing arrangements with a number of suppliers (“Call-Out List”) located across Manitoba.  When Hydro requires Goods, it shall identify the supplier(s) best able to meet Hydro requirements taking into consideration the following: availability of the specific Good(s) required for the site, location of the supplier, time for delivery and the total cost of the Goods and the cost of delivery. Hydro may order Goods by telephone, email or in person.
    EVALUATION – INTEREST PARTIES
    To be evaluated, interested suppliers can email the contact below to request a copy of the information package.  Upon completion of the information package, it can be submitted directly to the contact below via email.  Completed submissions are not to be submitted through MERX.  Submissions preferable should be in .pdf electronic format, work searchable, with appropriate bookmarks and organization to allow easy navigation.
    Interest suppliers can expect up to 4 weeks for Manitoba Hydro to evaluate their submission.
    Upon conclusion of the evaluation, successful Proponents will be awarded an Agreement.
