    Full Title: Wading Pool Conversion - Michaelle Jean Park / Norquay Community Centre, 65 Granville Street
    D2.          SCOPE OF WORK

    D2.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the renovation of an existing 
    spray pad, including the removal of portions of the concrete spray basin, the integrated concrete 
    wading pool, and broken spray features, and the installation of new spray features, including 
    mechanical and electrical renovations, new reinforced concrete spray basin, site furnishings, and 
    associated site repair.

    D2.2        The major components of the Work are as follows:
    (a)   Cutting and disposal of reinforced concrete spray basin and wading pool basin to the extents 
    shown on the Drawings;
    (b)   Removal and disposal of select spray features and wading pool mechanical, including 
    investigating the reusability of their water service lines, capping the lines, and/or removal of 
    the lines;
    (c)    Removal and disposal of existing spray equipment manifold;
    (d)   Removal, storage, and reinstallation of existing benches;
    (e)   Supply and installation of new specified spray features, including associated mechanical and 
    electrical connections, with engineering and permitting as required;
    (f)    Supply and installation of new spray equipment manifold, including possible mechanical room 
    equipment reorganization and adjustments to incoming water service and outgoing sewer service 
    connections;
    (g)   Reprogramming of existing spray pad controller, if required;
    (h)   Directional drilling and hydrovaccing for new feature service lines, if required;
    (i)     Supply and installation of new concrete spray basin replacement sections;
    (j)     Supply and installation of new trench drain;
    (k)    Supply and installation of new concrete pads;
    (l)     Pickup and installation of site furnishings;
    (m)  Site restoration, including grading, topsoil placement with fine grading, sodding, and 
    maintenance; and
    (n)   Commissioning, winterization, and spring start-up of the renovated spray pad.
